We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

1) How do I get free shipping?

If you have over $75 in your cart, when selecting a shipping method during checkout, you will see an option for Free shipping. Please select the Free Ship option - you do not need to enter a promo code.

2) When will my order ship?

All orders will ship via USPS within 1 business day after you place an order.

3) What are your shipping charges and delivery timeframes?

Orders over $75: All US & Canadian orders over $75 ship free. Orders shipped free within the US will arrive in 5-7 business days. Canadian orders will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Orders under $75:  US Shipping charges for orders under $75

One flat rate of $7.50 Priority Shipping within the 48 States (2-3 day delivery)  United states Postal Service priority mail.

Canada Shipping charges for orders under $75

$12.95 (5-10 day delivery)

4) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however, Free shipping is only offered to the US and Canada. Note: for Canadian orders, we are not responsible for delays caused due to customs.

Global USPS Flate rate Shipping is $12.95 per order!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. How does the 30 day money back guarantee work? Do I get my shipping charges refunded?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are refunded depending on the reason for the return. If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we'll pay both ways shipping costs. If returned for other reasons, we will refund the full product cost, less shipping.

2. How do I make a return?

Step 1: Login to your account, click on the "Completed Orders" link, then click on the "Return Item(s)" button. Complete the return form and click Submit.You will get an auto-generated confirmation email.
