Children are not eligible to use redfish Designs services, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us. Redfish Designs and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Redfish designs and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Redfish Designs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by redfish Designs itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

CHECK RETURNS

In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $25.00 fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We maintain 100% risk free policy for our customers and your satisfaction is our primary concern. However if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the items to us for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the date they have been delivered to you.
Merchandise must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition.
Carefully repackage the merchandise, in the original package if possible.
Contact our Customers Service via contact us section of our web site stating the reason of your return as well the physical address and a telephone number where the products can be collected. We will give you an return Authorization # and our shipping address .
You can use any Postal Service you want.
Once we inspect the item, we will reimburse you immediately.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please state the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Make sure to have a copy of it. Please contact our Customers Service via “Contact US” section of our web site us within 7 calendar days of the damaged package delivery stating your order and tracking numbers.
We will respond with instructions on how to return or exchange the damaged goods. In case of lost or missing goods please contact us immediately once you determine such shortage.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding return and exchange of your items, please feel free to contact us.

REFUNDS

To return a product, you must contact Redfish Designs and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30days from the date of our invoice to you. An account credit will be issued in 7 days upon receipt of the returned item. Special Order, Custom Order and Clearance items are not returnable except for replacement of defective item. Redfish Designs will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to redfish Designs. Buyer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to redfish designs distribution center. Buyer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Buyer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Buyer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Redfish Designs Return Procedure will be breached and redfish Designs will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the Buyer for replacement of the missing component. Redfish Designs will not refund to Buyer the original shipping charges, and cannot accept collect or postage-due returns shipments.

SHIPPING DELAYS and DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

Buyer shall bear all risk of loss or damage in transit. Redfish Designs is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. Buyer shall be responsible to file claims with any carrier for damage occurring during shipment. Redfish Designs will use diligent and commercially reasonable efforts to deliver as specified herein but shall not be liable to you in any manner for any delays in delivery. Redfish Designs reserves the right to make delivery in installments and back order goods unless Buyer expressly states otherwise in writing. All such installments and back orders shall be separately invoiced and paid for when due, without regard to subsequent deliveries. Delay in delivery of an installment or back order shall not relieve Buyer of its obligation to accept remaining deliveries.

SALES TAX

Redfish Designs is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of California.

SITE PRICING

We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.

APPLICABLE LAWS

By visiting Redfish Designs, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Redfish Designs or its affiliates.
